About

Since its foundation in Hamburg in 2005, the VIVUM Group has continuously expanded beyond being a pure mezzanine capital provider. Today, we offer investors the opportunity to invest in project developments as well as in existing properties through our own funds & individual investments. With our subsidiary ANIMA Project Development, we realize our own project developments throughout Germany. With the VIVUM Services companies in Hamburg and Frankfurt, we offer highly qualified investment and asset management for our funds and individual investments.

Operation

The VIVUM Group pools its expertise in three business areas: We act as fund initiators and managers for investors, as an equity and mezzanine capital partner for project developments, and as an independent project developer with ANIMA Project Development.

Range of services

We consider the entire life cycle of a property: from conception and development to value-enhancing management and exit. In doing so, we not only optimize the yield, but above all minimize the risks.
