With our VIVUMInvest Fund III, we have invested exclusively in residential real estate. The fund’s resources helped finance three projects in Frankfurt and one in Hamburg.
With the VIVUMInvest Fund IV, VIVUM has successfully focused on the growth markets in Berlin and Frankfurt. Seven of the eight projects are located in these two metropolitan regions.
The VIVUMInvest Fund V focuses on a diversified portfolio both in terms of region and type of use. It comprises a retail park in the Black Forest, classic residential complexes in and around Frankfurt, two properties for senior living in Berlin, and a residential and commercial property in Oldenburg.
With the open special AIF VIVUMInvest Fonds Deutschland VI, VIVUM offers professional and semi-professional investors the opportunity to invest in ground-up developments as well as value add projects in Germany. The investment focus is on residential investments, complemented by opportunistic investments in retail (retail parks) and office.
