The VIVUM Group and its management are shareholders in every fund VIVUM launches. In doing so, we share the perspective of our investors as well as their goal: to continuously increase the value of the property.
Fonds Germany I
With our first fund, we invested in six projects in the asset classes of retail, office and residential in the cities of Hamburg, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, and Lübeck.
Fonds Germany II
Three partly extraordinary projects in the asset classes retail, residential and hotel have been realized in Hamburg and Frankfurt with funds from Fund II.
Fonds Germany III
With our VIVUMInvest Fund III, we have invested exclusively in residential real estate. The fund’s resources helped finance three projects in Frankfurt and one in Hamburg.
Fonds Deutschland IV
With the VIVUMInvest Fund IV, VIVUM has successfully focused on the growth markets in Berlin and Frankfurt. Seven of the eight projects are located in these two metropolitan regions.
Fonds Germany V
The VIVUMInvest Fund V focuses on a diversified portfolio both in terms of region and type of use. It comprises a retail park in the Black Forest, classic residential complexes in and around Frankfurt, two properties for senior living in Berlin, and a residential and commercial property in Oldenburg.
With the open special AIF VIVUMSenior Living I, VIVUM offers institutional investors the opportunity to invest in the fast-growing segment for assisted living and care for senior citizens. The investment strategy includes the sourcing and closing of forward deals that are secured already during the development phase and that will account for approximately 40% of the total portfolio.
Fonds Deutschland VI
With the open special AIF VIVUMInvest Fonds Deutschland VI, VIVUM offers professional and semi-professional investors the opportunity to invest in ground-up developments as well as value add projects in Germany. The investment focus is on residential investments, complemented by opportunistic investments in retail (retail parks) and office.
