With the open special AIF VIVUMSenior Living I, VIVUM offers institutional investors the opportunity to invest in the fast-growing segment for assisted living and care for senior citizens. The investment strategy includes in particular sourcing, development and management of value-added measures on the German market for care properties, which will account for approx. 40% of the total portfolio.
